You know what I’m talking about…the one that I can’t actually type because someone from the NFL will sue me for using a “term” which is licensed to them and cannot be said, typed, used or THOUGHT by anyone but them.
Food – oh right – food!
I will be making a pot of my Spicy Chili. It’s a hybrid from my mom’s recipe which I jacked years ago and have been tinkering with every since (being a veg and all).
Specific ingredients necessary unless otherwise noted!
29 oz Tomato Sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen Fire Roasted crushed tomatoes
1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte Organic Diced Tomatoes
2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn
2 packages French’s Chili-O seasoning, or others as budget allows
Put all in a crockpot and stir. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve with cheese on top.
We also like Chipotle Tabasco Sauce – mmmm!
